Museveni: Uganda's Life President?

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni (66 years old), yesterday, was re-elected as chairperson of Uganda's ruling party, National Resistance Movement and presidential candidate for 2011 General elections.

This will be his 4th term if he wins the next year elections, and he will face his old friend and personal physician during guerilla war, Kizza Besigye, who was also elected by coalition of some opposition parties as their presidential candidate.

He cross through un opposed in a meeting attended by more than 15,000 party members. It is said there was another presidential aspirant whose name was eliminated by Uganda's National Electoral Commision.

According to serious observers, they say Museveni popularity is fading year after year, as in 1996 he swooped 75% of all votes, but in 2001 he dropped to 69%, and last elections in 2006, he further dropped to 59%.
For those who believes in African pre-election polls, Museven stands at 45% support, and Kizza stands at 35%.

Museveni, still has strong hold to rural communities which helps him to gain advantages over opposition parties.

This year elections was dominated by some frauds among candidates which provoked some chaos here and there during the election processes especially in the primaries.

Hon. Museveni can image himself among people who are looking for his informations using google search engine. He will be astonished to see what people they want to know about him through internet like this below....
I wish the peaceful elections for Uganda next year.
