Violence Building up in Haiti

Despite big problem facing Haiti after quake tragedy, some youth gangs have taken this situation as an advantage to loot shops and loots. They have been seen along streets of the capitl city of Haiti carrying with them machettes and invade stores and take anything they are able to carry.
This situation may hamper humanitarian aid from different countries.
So far, more than 40,000 bodies have been buried, and over 100,000 feared dead.
People crying for help can be heard within debris of houses in different area. But little is done to help them due to scarcity of rescue equpments.
A big number of Haiti people fled to neighbouring country - Dominica.

Wonder whether there might be a connection between the strength of an earthquake and its following "life-quake".
