मस्सिवे लॉस अत तन्ज़नियन हर्बौर

The Tanzanian government is losing millions of shillings daily in compensation to ships that are delayed to offload goods at the port of Dar es Salaam.

Infrastructure Development minister Dr Shukuru Kawambwa said this yesterday in the city when speaking to journalists after inspecting Inland Container Depots (ICDs).

I still wonder what is a role of TICTS if make the government to have some massive loss of money!
